FAQs

When will my order be delivered and picked up?

We deliver between the hours of 8am - 4pm the day of or the day prior to your event. Pick up will be the day of or the day after your event. Delivery dates and times are subject to change.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, CashApp, Venmo, & Zelle!

How much space does the jumper need?

Please have at least 4-5 feet in between any walls or structures due to safety precautions.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, there is a $50.00 non refundable deposit required to reserve your rentals. The full balance of the order is due on or prior to delivery.

What if I need to cancel?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. The $50.00 deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel. However, if you need to reschedule your event the deposit will go towards a new future date. Please note that reservations book fast and we will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that the new date will be available.

Do I need to be present when the delivery is made?

Yes, someone over the age of 18 needs to be present upon delivery to sign for the rentals and pay any outstanding balance.

What if no one will be home during the hours you deliver?

Please make arrangements as we will not be able to deliver your order without an adult present. Please know our drivers have multiple drop offs and pick ups on the same day and we'll do our best to accommodate a specific time that works for you but cannot guarantee your requested time will be available.

Is there a delivery fee?

All orders will include a delivery fee.

Will you set up the tables and chairs?

Tables and chairs will only be dropped off. However, we do offer set up of tables and chairs as an additional service, which includes a fee. This service needs to be booked prior to delivery.
